What we collect
- Email, username and password hash (bcrypt).
- Hardware fingerprint (MAC hash + ARP hash + CPU brand) — used to detect shared accounts.
- Steam IDs seen during each session.
- Connection IP — expires with the session (24h by default).
- RTP detection events and client error codes.
What we don't collect
- No telemetry is sent to third-party services (analytics, ads).
- We don't store your match content or chat.
- We don't share data with advertisers or brokers.
Third parties
- Cloudflare — reverse proxy and DDoS mitigation. See their privacy policy.
- Stripe / NOWPayments — only when you purchase. Payment details never pass through us.
- Internal Discord webhooks — for team alerts.
Your rights
You can request account deletion from settings. Data is anonymised within 30 days.
